I was notified today about something on an art/craft selling site etsy.com. Someone has upload a painting made from my work

and is now selling a mass of prints of it in different sizes and they are also selling it as a necklace. Now, the thing is it's a reproduction of my work however it is exactly the same but coloured with one petal falling off...It's more or less an exact copy and I dont consider that to be enough of a variation to be considerd 'inspired by' and a variation of.
Now alot of people have drawn this photo and I have no problem with this they ask for permission and give credit on the finished piece, but I really dont think its fair to be making money from a copy of my piece with no permission or anything and I never allow copies of my work to be used commercially.
Now, how do I go about resolving this? I'm going to email the person in question. But just in case I get nowhere with that does anyone have any experiance with anything like this?
Wht do you think, is it unfair for this person to be doing this?
UPDATE:
This person is also selling works made from other deviants photos..and get this..they claim their work is 'autobiographical' ha! the portrait they ripped off me is OF ME!
They have actually sold numerous pieces so I guess that is money they have made by exploIting others wich the true artists will never see..

The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done. --George Carlin (RIP, you old bastard)
